Program Description

Under Sec. 616(i)(2) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the U.S. Department of Educationmay make awards to provide technical assistance to improve the capacity of states to meet data collection requirements under IDEA.

This purpose of this program is to provide technical assistance for applicable state data collection activities.
