2008 Re-Application Information for the Critical Use Exemption of Methyl Bromide for Pre Plant or Post Harvest Use in 2010 and beyond in the United States
INSTRUCTIONS
For those applicants that are re-applying for a Critical Use Exemption (CUE) for 2010 and beyond the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency may already have some of the needed information. This document lists the portions of the CUE application form which will not have to be completed unless the information has changed. For those applicants that completed an application form in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, or 2006 but did not complete an application in 2007 the entire form must be filled out.
As you may know, the U.S. government uses the information you submit in the application to develop the U.S. Nomination for a CUE for Methyl Bromide. Applicants may also wish to review the Nomination submitted to the Ozone Secretariat in January, 2008 to see if any information should be augmented.
