If you have questions or concerns about a discharge to a surface water in an authorized state, please contact an NPDES coordinator listed below. The NPDES Program provides some publications free of charge. However, due to a limited supply and nationwide demand, EPA places a limit of 1, 25, 50 or 100 copies, depending on the item. If you need quantities in larger supply, we encourage you to have the publication printed yourself. Some publications have been designed specifically for professional printers near you. All publications are available electronically to download and print from a personal printer. If you would like to request publications within the limit from EPA, send an email to the National Service Center for Environmental Publications and provide your full mailing address, along with the title of the document, the publication number and the number of copies you’d like. You also can call 1-800-490-9198.
