Note: This is a "legacy" standard, written before the Web Council was created. It has been in force since the effective date. Rationale

EPA looks more professional by using a standard set of maps. Also, the standard maps use colors that are useful to people with various types of color blindness.

Upon approval by the Content Coordinator and the Office of Web Communications, you may use variations on the standard maps.
