1995 B.S., University of Wisconsin-La Crosse

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:
Information Technology Specialist for the Biological Monitoring Team (BMT).  Develops and manages geospatial database applications for the National Wildlife Refuge System (NWRS).   Designs and delivers GIS, GPS and database training.  Todd serves on the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) National GIS Steering Committee and the USFWS Strategic Habitat Conservation Technical Advisory Team.
