Primary Responsibilities/Activities:
Resolve complex technical issues for customers. Provide network services that support science and business requirements. Plan, design, develop and integrate network systems within existing or planned network infrastructures. Install, upgrade and maintain the operating environment including applications software, operating systems, hardware, utilities, systems management products, third-party systems software, security packages and communications systems.
