Plant Stress and Germplasm Development Unit
a branch of the Cropping Systems Research Laboratory

The Plant Stress and Germplasm Development Unit (PSGD) is located in Lubbock, Texas. PSGD combines fundamental and applied research to measure plant thermal and water responses.  Through traditional and molecular approaches PSGD defines germplasms that will reduce stress on crop yeilds and product quality.
