SNAP Program Chronology

This page lists all Federal Register publications issued under the SNAP Program. Since late 1996, publications have been available in both HTML and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, which allows you to view and print the document in the same format as that used in the Federal Register. Lists of substitutes that incorporate all publications are available.

Note that the SNAP program assigns numbers to rules for tracking purposes during policy development, so they may be published in an order different from that suggested by the tracking number. For example, Proposed Rule 6 was published after Final Rule 7, and Final Rule 4 was published after Final Rule 5.
