Other Cleanups

There are a number of other cleanup programs administered by EPA and the six New England states. Information on these cleanup programs are available via the links below.

EPA's Office of Underground Storage Tanks (OUST) regulates underground storage tank (UST) systems and provides for cleanup of leaking USTs. Information regarding the UST regulatory and cleanup programs are available via the national OUST web page. Information on the status of the UST programs in each of the New England states is also available. CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT

EPA's oil spill preparedness and prevention program regulates oil storage facilities and responds to oil spills and other emergencies. For more info, see the Oil Storage Facility Spill Prevention and Planning web pages.
