Assessment, Cleanup & Redevelopment Exchange System (ACRES)

What is ACRES?

ACRES is the easy-to-use online reporting tool for submitting your Property Profile Form data or your Job Training Reporting Form data directly to your Regional Representative – so there is no need for paper forms!

How does ACRES help me?

ACRES contains many useful features to assist you with data entry, data submission, and tracking both new and historical data related to your grant or subject properties.  ACRES tracks your data through each step of the EPA review process and maintains an archive of all data submitted for your later reference.

Who can access ACRES?

ACRES is available to all FY03 thru FY06 Assessment, Cleanup, Revolving Loan Fund, Job Training, and Section 128(a) Grant Recipients.  FY07 Grant Recipients will be given access in late 2007.

Where can I get more information?

Information regarding registering to use ACRES, training presentations and schedules, and Quick Reference Guides are available on EPA's Web site at http:///www.epa.gov/brownfields/pubs/acres/acresinfo.htm

Assistance is also available through the ACRES Help Desk (acres_help@epa.gov) at (703) 284-8212. Region 5 grantees can contact Barbara Johnson (johnson.barbara@epa.gov) at (312) 886-5026 for assistance.

How do I get started?

Access to ACRES is provided by EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX). In order to create your personalized User Name and Password, go to the following Web site and follow the on-screen instructions: http://cdx.epa.gov.

A Quick Reference Guide for CDX Registration can be found on the EPA Web site at the URL noted above.
