Policy Review (Objective 1): Two MOU's have been signed. The
first allowed for the installation of the national Internet gateway in Conakry and the
second, signed August 4th, 1998, allows for the expansion of the Internet to three
secondary cities. |

Technical Review (Objective 2): National Internet gateway
equipment installed, is operational, and commercial ISPs are connected. Equipment for
