On October 7, 2002, the Securities and Exhange Commission ordered a hearing on Enron Corp.'s applications for exemption from all provisions of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, except for Section 9(a)(2) (the "Hearing Order"). The Hearing Order designated Commissioner Roel C. Campos as the hearing officer.

IT IS ORDERED, effective immediately, that this proceeding is transferred from Commissioner Campos to Chief Administrative Law Judge Brenda P. Murray; and it is further

ORDERED, that all other provisions of the Hearing Order, together with and as modified by all interim orders issued in this proceeding, shall remain effective.
