Provides information about each of the 300+ EHSs listed as part of Section 302 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. Each chemical profile includes physical/chemical properties, health hazards, fire and explosion hazards, reactivity data, precautions for safe handling and use, protective equipment for emergency situations, signs and symptoms of poisoning, and emergency treatment for first responders. |

| The National Academies of Science (NAS) |
This non-profit organization serves as an expert, non-partisan advisor to the U.S. government and public on scientific issues. The National Research Council (NRC) is the principal operating agency of the NAS. The NAS has a standing toxicology board, and within it, several committees devoted to toxicology issues, including the NAS Standing Committee on Risk Analysis Issues and Reviews within the Division of Earth and Life Studies (DELS). |

| World Health Organization (WHO) |
The directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations system. Responsible for providing leadership on global health matters, shaping the health research agenda, setting norms and standards, articulating evidence-based policy options, providing technical support to countries and monitoring and assessing health trends.
