Spill Reporting
To Report Oil & Chemical Spills call the National Response Center (NRC) 24 Hour National Spill Reporting Line at 1-800-424-8802.

EPA REGION 10 also maintains a 24 Hour Spill Reporting Number (206) 553-1263. Please use this for spills and other environmental emergencies only. Spill notification received over this line will be forwarded to the National Response Center. Through this number, an EPA Region 10 Duty Officer may be reached directly 24 hours a day.

The primary function of the National Response Center is to serve as the sole national point of contact for reporting all oil, chemical, radiological, and biological discharges into the environment anywhere in the United States and its territories.
