Broad Meadows had a "drawing." We approached local businesses and asked them to support ODW-USA by donating cool prizes to us, prizes we would give away in a drawing. McDonald's donated a "Drew Bledsoe" autographed football with certificate of authenticity (which was won by a member of the U.S. military, and he just returned from a tour in Haiti where his unit was building schools! He deserved it!); Barnes & Noble Bookstores donated an autographed copy of Drew Bledsoe's autobiography; Wal-Mart donated 10 disposable cameras. We sold $600 worth of drawing tickets.
