The Citizens Advisory Committee
Purpose and Goals of the CAC
The purpose of the Citizens Advisory Commmittee (CAC) is to provide
guidance, advice, and support for the Gulf of Mexico Program. Concerned
citizens and constituents from the Gulf states will help guide the CAC
in its support of the Gulf of Mexico Program. The CAC is composed of members
drawn from the areas of environment, business and industry, agriculture,
fisheries and tourism.
