Pseudomonas fluorescens Pf-5
The complete sequence of the genome of Pseudomonas fluorescens Pf-5 was published in the July 2005 issue of Nature Biotechnology.  The project was funded by the Initiative for Future Agriculture and Food Systems of the USDA Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service, Microbial Genome sequencing program.
