Frequently Asked Questions
I received a letter from the Department of Labor, what do I have to do?
Usually nothing. In most instances, what you've received is a copy of a letter sent to your employer/carrier or representative. It was sent to you so you can see what we're doing on your case. It requires no response from you. Only if the letter specifically asks you for information, must you respond.
