Objective:
Investigate the use of sorghum wax as a supplement for improving human health and as a food additive to improve food quality and support the natural functionality of whole grain sorghum flour.

Approach:
Characterize sorghum wax health benefits and functionality in whole grain sorghum food products and as an ingredient in other products that do not contain whole grain sorghum.
