Objective:
Determine peanut maturity by reading their color wavelenghts by taking color measurements from hull-scraped peanuts.

Approach:
Will make a large number of color measurements on hull-scraped peanuts. Read their color wavelenghts and from this data will be able to determine their state of maturity.
