Section 64h04: Advising Section 14(c) Certification Team and RO Section 14 Team Leader of Investigation Findings

• After the investigation has been concluded, the DO shall forward a copy of the WH-51, narrative, and correspondence advising the employer of the investigation findings to the appropriate Regional Section 14 Team Leader and the Certification Team located within the Midwest RO (see FOH 64d00(h) for the address of the Midwest Region). The Certification Team must have this information in order to properly process the firm's application to renew certification.
• This is in addition to the normal MODO follow-up procedures required by the FOH.
