UNICOR guarantees all furniture products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser of the item and is in effect upon receipt of the item. If at any time an item we have provided does not meet your expectations, we will repair or replace it at our expense. While we stand behind our commitment to the highest quality standards, there is a life expectancy for chair parts beyond which we cannot guarantee free repair or replacement. Life expectancy of a chair is based upon normal use which means it is used 40 hours per week by individuals weighing 250 lbs or less (unless otherwise indicated) and is not subjected to abuse or misuse. Under normal use conditions, chair parts have the following life expectancy:

UNICOR products are packed to comply with carrier requirements. Nevertheless, products sometimes incur damage during transportation and handling. Therefore, all items should be inspected before acceptance of the delivery. The delivering carrier should be requested to record any damage or shortage of items. Shipping damage, be it overt or concealed, and shortage claims must be filed within 15 days of receipt. Please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-827-3168 to file a claim in such cases.
