Jul 23	Wage and Hour Seminar in the Gulf Coast for Employers, Biloxi, MS. The U.S Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division will be conducting a free informational seminar for employers. The purpose of this seminar is to educate these groups about the minimum wage, overtime, recordkeeping, and youth employment provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the prevailing wage and fringe benefit requirements on some federally funded contracts. The morning session is for employers engaged in construction activities and the afternoon session is for all other employers.

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) of the U.S. Department of Labor is providing training to federal supply and service contractors and subcontractors on the agency's equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
Jul 23	OFCCP Construction Compliance Assistance, Columbus, OH. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) of the US Department of Labor will be providing compliance assistance to federal construction contractors on how to implement the 16 affirmative action steps.
Jul 23	OFCCP Compliance Assistance Seminar, Chicago, IL. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) of the U.S. Department of Labor is providing training to federal supply and service contractors and subcontractors on the agency's equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
Jul 23	Central New York Business Leadership Network Meeting, Rochester, NY. The OFCCP Buffalo District Office Managers will provide an agency update at a meeting of the Central New York Business Leadership Network.
