Geographically Updated Population Certification Program (GUPCP) Requests:
This page is to be used for requesting
certification of Census Bureau population and housing unit counts for substate general- or special-purpose governmental units that change legal
boundaries or that newly incorporate or organize as counties, boroughs,
cities, towns, villages, townships, or other special-purpose governments.
The population and housing certification program also is available for
Federally recognized American Indian Reservations and off-reservation trust
lands that report legal boundary updates in accordance with tribal authority
or form as newly recognized entities, including a reservation designated as
a colony, community, Indian Community, Indian village, pueblo, rancheria,
reservation, reserve, or village.
