UNICOR manufactures a wide assortment of clothing, glove, drapery, bedding, and woven products.

UNICOR factories in many locations can cut and sew a complete range of products made from a variety of materials such as cotton, cotton/polyester, Kevlar, and leather. The factories can fulfill all categories of sewing requirements and provide labor for sorting and assembly.

A complete line of custom made draperies is manufactured by UNICOR. This is done in partnership with a wide range of commercial companies that measure and install the drapes. Also manufactured are matching bedspreads, berth curtains, and cubicle curtains.

UNICOR has the capability to make design changes to improve the performance of its textile products. Working with heavy duck cotton, UNICOR has custom designed satchels for the U.S. Postal Service and State Department. Designing and manufacturing products in accordance with your specifications are our areas of expertise. We can also manufacture and repair tarpaulins, parachutes, bags, and a variety of other textile items. One plant has sophisticated high-speed looming machines that can weave cotton blankets, towels, and washcloths. The facility also has dyeing capabilities.

The Clothing and Textile Division also manufactures innerspring/cotton felt mattresses and box springs. We are capable of producing both a luxurious quilted mattress and a standard mattress used for dorm and quarters furniture. We have quilters, panel cutters, sergers, button tufters, and specialized machines that sew the finished mattress covers on the final product.

UNICOR can silkscreen or embroider logos, emblems, or slogans on T-shirts, golf shirts, sweats, windbreakers, and a variety of other items. UNICOR can print up to six colors on any item. We can match most colors, and items can be printed on more than one side. We use your artwork or can create it based on your specifications.

UNICOR also produces body armor that meets National Institute of Justice standards. We make over-the-shirt carriers to fit custom ballistic panels. We also have hydraulic presses to manufacture and mold helmets.
