Agency Financial Report 2007
Transforming the World through Diplomacy and Development
The U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Agency Financial Report (AFR) for FY 2007 provides financial and related information to help Congress, the President, and the public assess the Agency’s performance relative to its mission and stewardship of financial resources. It consists of the following major sections: Agency Head Message, Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), Financial Section, and Other Accompanying Information. The AFR satisfies the reporting requirements of the following legislation:
- Inspector General (IG) Act of 1978
- Federal Managers' Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) of 1982
- Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO) Act of 1990
- Government Management Reform Act (GMRA) of 1994
- Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) of 1996
- Reports Consolidation Act of 2000
- Improper Payments Information Act (IPIA) of 2002
