Objective:
The Third National Water Resoures Policy Dialogue, was the first step in a process that will increase the awareness of the Administration, Congress, and state administrations to the need for up-to-date water resources policies. ARS will provide funding to support this Dialogue.

Approach:
Dialogue attendees developed recommendations on how best to effect the needed policy changes. Follow-up activities include production of an after-action report that formalizes the recommendations of the attendees; a CD-Rom of the proceedsings; testimonies and briefings for House and Senate staffers.
