Regions, States and Tribal Contact Information

This page provides contact information for UIC national and state programs.  The EPA has ten regional offices.  The EPA regional contact can provide information on the minimum federal requirements for the UIC Program. 

Contact information is also provided for each state program.  State UIC programs are either run by a state agency or an EPA regional office.  Also, each state may have more than one UIC program, depending on how the state has been granted primacy for their classes of wells. 

Primacy page provides further information on how UIC programs are granted primacy.
