Matlab Component Runtime Library Download and Installation

Description

Compiled Matlab programs require the installation of the Matlab Component Runtime Library on each computer on which compiled Matlab programs (such as LC, SMBA, AdMap, EDI, etc.) are run.

Matlab Runtime Library 2007a, version 7.6 (approx. 150 MB)

Installation Instructions

  1. Determine if Matlab Component Runtime Library, version 7.6 is already installed on the computer by searching for the file mclmcrrt76.dll or for the directory C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Component Runtime\v76.
  2. If specified file or directory exists, the appropriate runtime component is already installeda and you should be able to download and run any of the OSW compiled Matlab programs.
  3. If version 7.6 of the Matlab runtime libraries has not been installed, download the Matlab Runtime Library using the link above.
  4. Install the Matlab Runtime Library by running the MCRInstaller and following the instructions. This installation will need administrative access and requires the Microsoft .NET Framework to be installed.
