Exhibit 14-5

Exhibit 14-5 is a bar graph that shows transit access. The vertical axis measures percentages from 0 to 80 in increments of 10 percent. The horizontal axis has six bars with two parts each. The first one, for those who walked to transit, 69.5 percent did so from home while 72 percent accessed it from outside the home. The second bar, for those who rode a bus or took the train to transit, 18.3 percent did so from home while 21.7 percent accessed it from outside the home. The third bar, for those who drove a car to transit, 8.3 percent did so from home while 2.3 percent accessed it from outside the home. The fourth bar, for those who were dropped off at transit, 2.8 percent did so from home while 2.5 percent accessed it from outside the home. The fifth bar, for those who rode a bicycle to transit, 0.6 percent did so from home while 1.1 percent accessed it from outside the home. And the sixth bar, for those who rode with someone who parked at transit, 0.5 percent did so from home while 0.3 percent accessed it from outside the home.
