Every map tells a story... This series of maps of the Four Corners region (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah) includes information compiled from national map data sets. No single map can display all the information available for a region. This website provides selected and modified map data for viewing. See maps that show elevation, land stewardship, land use and land cover, geology, water resources, national parks, views from space, and more! Map data was retrieved from USGS resources, including seamless.usgs.gov, the National Atlas, and other USGS publications. Maps were generated using ArcGIS 9 and manipulated with Photoshop to create maps with various themes or merged themes. The maps are intended for online viewing or printing on standard 8"x11" paper. Use images in Powerpoint presentations or as location maps in reports. These maps are free for public use. Click here to start a map tour! Then, click on each map to see the next map in the series.
