- Strategic Planning - the agency is integrating environmental justice into the Agency's planning and budgeting process.
- Action Plans - to implement the Administrator's directive to integrate environmental justice into all EPA policies, programs, and activities, each program office and region prepare Action Plans to Integrate Environmental Justice.
- Accomplishments/Progress Reports - as part of the implementation of the EJ Action Plans, each program office and region prepare accomplishment/progress reports. These reports indicate the level of success that was reached in attaining the goals set out in the action plans.
