EPA Strategic Plan for Homeland Security
In response to the events of 9/11/2001, the US EPA has prepared a Strategic Plan describing it's role in protecting the US from terrorist attacks. The plan addresses EPA's role in reducing the threat posed to critical infrastructure, chemical manufacturing facilities, and the illicit use of electronic data related to the environment.
