Document Actions

It is the policy of the Hawaii State Clearinghouse on Missing Children, also known as the Missing Child Center-Hawaii and the Hawaii's Own Missing Children web page to restrict inter-web page linking within the limits of what is in the best interest of missing children. We are part of the family of web pages associated with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children

Linking To Our Site.
The Hawaii State Clearinghouse on Missing Children is an agency within the Department of the Attorney General of the State of Hawaii. In this capacity, we do not directly or indirectly encourage other web pages from linking to our web page with the exception of official state and national clearinghouses and foreign county missing children web pages. We discourage profit-based organizations that utilize the issue of missing children to promote a product, company, or ideology other than the recovery of missing children. We object to linking to web pages that offer a service-for-fee or request a contribution for attempting to recover missing children. We strongly object to linking to web pages deemed to exploit children. These may invite legal action.
