Training and Support

Internet Courses - TDC offers Introductory HTML training, and ED's Web Contractor (AC Tech) conducts TeamSite classes as necessary.

Internet Helpline - Questions about Web page design, databases, discussion lists, and other Internet applications can be directed to the IAS Contractor by e-mail (help@inet.ed.gov) or by calling 301-306-1009 ext. 109.

TeamSite System- This new system allows trained staff in the principal offices to develop pages within a test area that mirrors the live site. For more information, contact your POC representative or send e-mail to Rey Catabay, the TeamSite Administrator.
