Objective:
Evaluate the seed production and dry matter yield potential of an experimental forage stargrass accession (BAR CD-F).

Approach:
Barenbrug USA will supply plants of a stargrass to ARS for forage trials and to determine seed production in Georgia. USDA-ARS Tifton will perform forage trials in Georgia with checks and released cultivars as well as plan separate plots for evaluation of seed set.
