Conduct a workshop to provide an opportunity for USDA researchers and Administrators to share information on biofortification-research resaerch activities in the area of plant breeding and genomics, nutrition, food processing and technology transfer
Approach:
Two day seminar: overview and engage administrators and researchers within USDA on current biofortification portfolio within HarvestPlus and USDA. Technical exchange of latest research and methodologies related to biofortification.
