Objective:
To investigate whether specific DNA markers are associated with colorectal cancer as well as status of folate and other B vitamins.

Approach:
Measure blood DNA markers (genomic DNA methylation,promoter methylation of p16 and ER genes and p53 strand breaks)in stored DNA samples from the COlorectal Neoplasia screening with Colonoscopy in asymptomatic women at Regional Navy/Army medical centers (CONCeRN) study.
