Objective:
To determine whether potatoes containing high concentrations of chlorogenic acid reduce blood pressure.
Approach:
High chlorogenic acid containing potatoes will be used in a human feeding study. 30 volunteers will be recruited and used in a single dose study and a supplementation study.
