Objective:
Provide a test facility for microarrays for pathogen identificaton and detection in support of the NRI project with Virginia Bioinformatics Institute (VBI).

Approach:
Extract RNA from numerous samples to test the chips. Provide RNA from a time-course experiment with the septoria tritici blotch pathogen in wheat, MYCOSHPAERELLA GRAMINICOLA.
