Objective:
To evaluate the relative impact of lighting programs during growout on broiler performance, stress level, behavior, welfare, and colonization by Salmonella and Campylobacter.

Approach:
ARS will be provided access to broiler flocks managed under different protocols at UGA facilities and challenge & necropsy broilers throughout project. ARS will then provide results from challenge and provide input into experimental design parameters and data collection.
