    Positive social behaviors, often referred to as soft skills, are 

incorporated by many local programs as part of their menu of services 

which focus on areas that may include, but are not limited to, the 

following:

    (a) Positive attitudinal development;

    (b) Self esteem building;

    (c) Cultural diversity training; and

    (d) Work simulation activities. (WIA sec. 129(c)(2)(F).)
