NOTICE OF FILING OF "INTERIM REPORT AND
ROADMAP FOR TAAMS AND BIA DATA CLEANUP"
AND RELATED JOINT MEMORANDUM
	Interior Defendants hereby give notice of the filing of the November 12, 2001, report of
their consultant, Electronic Data Systems Corporation ("EDS"), entitled "Interim Report and
Roadmap for TAAMS and BIA Data Cleanup" ("EDS November Report") and Secretary
Norton's concurrence with the November 13, 2001,joint recommendation of the Special Trustee
for American Indians and the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs, concurring with and
committing to implement the EDS November Report's recommendations.
	A copy of the joint memorandum of the Special Trustee and the Assistant Secretary is
attached hereto as Exhibit 1. A copy of the EDS November Report is attached as Exhibit 2.
	Notice is further given that the attached copy of the EDS November Report does not
include pages 161 through 166 or the addendum entitled "Interim Information Assurance Report
and Roadmap for TAAMS and BIA Data Cleanup," which will be filed separately accompanied
by a motion to file under seal.
