The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency's
FY 2003 Annual Report
EPA’s
FY 2003 Annual Report, which serves as the Agency’s program performance
report as required by the Government Performance and Results Act, highlights
the Agency’s environmental, programmatic, and financial performance
over the past fiscal year. The Report also discusses progress in addressing
management challenges and issues. In accordance with the Reports Consolidation
Act of 2000, this Report also meets reporting requirements for the Federal
Managers Financial Integrity Act, the Inspector General Act Amendments,
the Government Management Reform Act, and the Chief Financial Officers
