Economic and Business Analysis offers clients capabilities and services drawn from three major areas:  Applied Economic Analysis (AEA), Integrated Financial Resource Management (iFRM), and Quantitative Management Controls (QMC):

• Our AEA professionals support the DECIDE function of the money management life cycle, focusing on optimizing capability development and acquisition decisions. 
• Our iFRM professionals support the DECIDE, FUND, and CONTROL functions of the money management life cycle, focusing on fiscal planning, budgeting, and execution; improvements and compliance in business operations across the program life cycle; identification and remediation of financial and operations risk; and strengthening of internal controls.
• Our QMC professionals support the CONTROL function of the money management life cycle, focusing on contracting, earned value management, and performance reporting.
