202sad, FY 2007 Statutory Checklists, is an additional help item for ADS Chapter 202, Achieving. It provides the latest checklists, which are intended to be convenient references when planning and implementing assistance programs. The checklists do not have every country prohibition or restriction. USAID staff need to consult the attorneys assigned to your Bureau or Mission to determine if there are additional country-specific or activity-specific prohibitions and "notwithstanding" authorities.

This Interim Update informs USAID acquisition personnel that 1. the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and USAID have entered into the attached Partnership Agreement (PA) to expedite the award of 8(a) contracts and purchase orders and 2. the authority to obligate USAID with these acquisition instruments has been re-delegated to USAID Contracting Officers and Executive Officers.

  • Replaced OAA's Ann Cataldo with Diane Howard (for the Always Required list)
  • Updated the Sometimes Required part of the list with new Bureau/Office designations for Phil Heneghan and Carl Crawford
    • Phil Heneghan now falls under Chief Information Officer/Chief Information Security Office (M/CIO/CISO)
    • Carl Crawford now falls under Chief Information Officer/Chief Engineer (M/CIO/CE)
