Series 600 Interim Update #06-03 - USAID Expended Object Class Codes, Effective June 1, 2006

In order to fully comply with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) object class coding and reporting requirements, the Agency will move to a new seven digit Expanded Object Class Code (EOCC), effective June 1, 2006. The new EOCC structure will be applicable to all Agency funding sources. Every commitment, sub-commitment, obligation and sub-obligation, regardless of fund source, will be required to be captured at the EOCC level within Phoenix.
