GSA has been engaged by the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission (EMC) to manage the design and construction for the new National Eisenhower Memorial in Washington, DC, which will be located on a four-acre site at intersection of Maryland and Independence Avenues, SW. GSA and EMC are now soliciting the services of a Lead Designer and A/E Team to design the memorial. The formal solicitation can be found on the Federal Business Opportunities website.
