New application created January 2008.
maplab takes in a cube and a map file and modifies the cube's labels to include a Mapping Group with projection information.

Fixed bug in Load() ComputeApriori() methods to compare lower case "true" to "Held" and "Ignore" keywords. Previously they were compared to "True"

The Plot Tool will now allow the selection of a Region of Interest (ROI) even if one or more of the bands of the cube has completely null data in the ROI. The Plot Tool defaults to show the data markers (symbols) only. To show the plot lines, click on the eye glasses icon on the plot window.

The TableMainWindow class now emits a signal when a file has been loaded.
The signal = fileLoaded()

"netmerge" was removed from ISIS 3. Use "cnetmerge" instead.

Fixed progress to more accurately display the progress of this program. Also, ErrorLine,ErrorSample,ErrorMagnitude will still be added to the output control net when the tolerance isnt met.

A new Moonpr photometric function was added to photomet along with a
new MoonAlbedo normalization model. The Moonpr and MoonAlbedo
options can be used in conjunction with one another to perform albedo
dependent phase function normalization for the Moon. These new options
provide the same capability as the clemphot.pdf did in ISIS2 which used
the photom and photompr programs to do normalization on Clementine
images.

An example PVL that can be used to run photomet with the Moonpr and
MoonAlbedo options follows:

Fixed bug that kept the Lambert Conformal projection from working correctly in the southern hemisphere of the target.

hicalbeta has endured the following changes:

Added statistical computations to some modules processing
Added robustness to some data dumps
Updated some defaults in Zf module and write raw buffer data to dump file
Added the ZdOnFailUseLinear option
Changed Zf module filter parameters
Set config file to skip the Zg module entirely
