Schedule for Regular and Predictable Price Changes
The Postal Service plans to increase prices for market-dominant products annually every May, consistent with
the statutory CPI-based price cap in December. The price cap for future increases will not be finalized until
the Postal Service files a Notice of Rate Adjustment with the Commission.
